GP Referral Scheme
Ava works very closely with GP’s, Physiotherapists, consultants and other health professionals within the private and NHS sector through taking on clients referred to her in order to introduce a clinically assessed exercise programme tailored to suit the client. The aim of the exercise prescription is to provide a safe and effective programme, reduce risk factors for chronic diseases, increase fitness levels, promote overall health and encourage long term behaviour change. (If you are with the NHS and your local practice has signed up to the scheme you may be eligible to a free referral).
